This policy explains how El-Daleel and its website eldaleel.online handle information. By using the website or the system you agree to what is described here.
Information we collect from the website
When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, email address, message, and any information you choose to send. When you tap the WhatsApp button you are taken to the WhatsApp app, and the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's policies.
Your business data inside the system
El-Daleel is software that runs on your own devices, and your business data (sales, inventory, suppliers, staff and more) is stored locally on those devices. We do not access it and it is not transferred to us.
Activation and licensing
To activate the system we use the activation code and an identifier of the device it is activated on, and we store them on our licensing server solely to verify the license and bind it to the device.
Backup to Google Drive (optional)
If you enable cloud backup, you grant the system permission to access your own Google Drive account to create backups of your data and read them when you restore. These backups are stored in your own account and never reach our servers. You can revoke the permission at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from the system settings. El-Daleel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone.

We do not sell your information. We may use technical service providers to host the website and send email, and they are not allowed to use the information for any other purpose.
Retention and security
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up on your request, and we take reasonable measures to protect them from unauthorized access.
