1. طبيعة التطبيق وتخزين البيانات محليًاNature of the Application and Local Data Storage

الدليل POS تطبيق يعمل دون اتصال بالإنترنت بشكل أساسي. جميع بيانات نشاطك التجاري — المنتجات، المبيعات، الفواتير، المخزون، الموظفين، العملاء، التقارير — تُخزَّن محليًا في قاعدة بيانات على جهازك أنت فقط. نحن لا نجمع هذه البيانات ولا نطّلع عليها ولا نرفعها إلى خوادمنا. El-Daleel POS is an offline-first application. All of your business data — products, sales, invoices, inventory, employees, customers, reports — is stored locally in a database on your own device only. We do not collect, view, or upload this data to our servers.

2. بيانات الترخيصLicensing Data

عند تفعيل التطبيق، يتم ربط الترخيص بمعرّف الجهاز لأغراض الحماية من النسخ غير المشروع. تُخزَّن بيانات الترخيص (معرّف الترخيص ومعرّف الجهاز وحالة التفعيل) لدى مزود الخدمة السحابية الخاص بنا بشكل آمن، ولا تتضمن أي بيانات عن نشاطك التجاري أو عملائك. When you activate the application, your license is bound to a device identifier for anti-piracy protection. Licensing records (license ID, device ID, and activation status) are stored securely with our cloud service provider and contain no information about your business activity or your customers.

3. النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي عبر Google Drive (اختياري)Optional Cloud Backup via Google Drive

يوفر التطبيق ميزة اختيارية تمامًا للنسخ الاحتياطي على حساب Google Drive الخاص بك أنت. لا تعمل هذه الميزة إلا إذا فعّلتها بنفسك ومنحت التطبيق الإذن عبر تسجيل دخول Google الرسمي (OAuth 2.0). The application offers an entirely optional feature to back up your data to your own Google Drive account. This feature only operates if you enable it yourself and grant permission through Google's official sign-in (OAuth 2.0).

The application requests only the limited drive.file scope, which allows it to access exclusively the files it creates itself — it can never see, read, or modify any other files in your Google Drive.
• يطلب التطبيق أيضًا الاطلاع على عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني الأساسي لعرض الحساب المتصل داخل شاشة الإعدادات فقط. The application also requests your primary email address, solely to display the connected account inside the settings screen.
• ينشئ التطبيق مجلدًا باسم "El-Daleel POS" داخل حسابك، ويرفع إليه نسخًا احتياطية مشفَّرة بالكامل من قاعدة بياناتك قبل مغادرتها جهازك، باستخدام تشفير AES-256 مع التحقق من سلامة الملفات. The application creates a folder named "El-Daleel POS" in your account and uploads fully encrypted backups of your database — encrypted on your device before upload using AES-256 with file integrity verification.
• تبقى النسخ الاحتياطية ملكًا لك وحدك داخل حسابك، ويمكنك حذفها من Google Drive في أي وقت. Your backups remain yours alone, inside your own account, and you can delete them from Google Drive at any time.
• نخزّن لدينا فقط بيانات وصفية عن كل نسخة (تاريخها وحجمها وبصمة التحقق من سلامتها ومعرّف المجلد) مرتبطة بترخيصك، لتمكين قائمة الإصدارات والاستعادة — ولا نخزّن أبدًا محتوى النسخة الاحتياطية نفسها. We store only metadata about each backup (date, size, integrity checksum, and folder ID) linked to your license, to enable the version list and restore functionality — we never store the content of the backup itself.

4. إقرار الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use)Limited Use Disclosure

El-Daleel POS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your Google data only to provide the backup and restore feature you requested; we do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising, and no humans read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

5. إلغاء الوصولRevoking Access

يمكنك في أي وقت فصل حساب Google من داخل إعدادات التطبيق، أو إلغاء وصول التطبيق نهائيًا من صفحة أذونات حساب Google الخاصة بك على myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from within the application's settings, or permanently revoke the application's access from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. البيانات التي لا نجمعهاData We Do Not Collect

لا نجمع بيانات موقعك، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط تتبعية في التطبيق، ولا نعرض إعلانات. We do not collect your location or contacts, we do not use tracking cookies in the application, and we do not display ads.

7. أمان البياناتData Security

نطبق طبقات حماية متعددة: تشفير AES-256-CBC مع توقيع HMAC-SHA256 للنسخ الاحتياطية وبيانات الترخيص، وربط الترخيص بالجهاز، وقنوات اتصال مشفّرة (HTTPS) في جميع الاتصالات السحابية. We apply multiple protection layers: AES-256-CBC encryption with HMAC-SHA256 signing for backups and licensing data, per-device license binding, and encrypted channels (HTTPS) for all cloud communication.

8. بيانات الأطفالChildren's Data

التطبيق موجّه للأنشطة التجارية ولا يستهدف الأطفال دون 13 عامًا ولا يجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. The application is intended for businesses, is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect their data.

9. التغييرات على هذه السياسةChanges to This Policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ "آخر تحديث". We may update this policy from time to time; any update will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
