تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق "الدليل POS" وموقعه الإلكتروني. بتثبيتك للتطبيق أو استخدامك له فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، فإذا لم توافق عليها فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. These terms govern your use of the El-Daleel POS application and its website. By installing or using the application you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. الترخيصLicense
يُمنح لك ترخيص استخدام شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لتشغيل التطبيق على جهاز واحد. يرتبط الترخيص تقنيًا بالجهاز الذي تم التفعيل عليه، ولا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو إعادة توزيعه أو تأجيره أو محاولة فك حمايته أو هندسته عكسيًا. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the application on one device. The license is technically bound to the device on which it was activated. You may not copy, redistribute, rent, crack, or reverse-engineer the application.
2. الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable Use
تلتزم باستخدام التطبيق في إدارة نشاطك التجاري المشروع فقط، ووفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في بلدك، بما في ذلك الالتزامات الضريبية والمحاسبية المترتبة على نشاطك. You agree to use the application only to manage your lawful business, in accordance with the laws applicable in your country, including any tax and accounting obligations arising from your activity.
3. بياناتك ومسؤوليتك عنهاYour Data and Your Responsibility
جميع البيانات التي تُدخلها في التطبيق (منتجات، مبيعات، عملاء، موظفون وغيرها) ملك لك وتقع على مسؤوليتك. تُخزَّن هذه البيانات محليًا على جهازك، وننصح بشدة بتفعيل ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي وإجراء نسخ دورية؛ فنحن غير مسؤولين عن أي فقدان للبيانات ناتج عن عطل في جهازك أو حذف غير مقصود أو عدم إجراء نسخ احتياطي. All data you enter into the application (products, sales, customers, employees, etc.) belongs to you and is your responsibility. It is stored locally on your device. We strongly recommend enabling the backup feature and taking regular backups; we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or failure to back up.
4. النسخ الاحتياطي السحابيCloud Backup
ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي اختيارية وتستخدم حساب Google Drive الخاص بك وفق سياسة الخصوصية. أنت المسؤول عن الحفاظ على صلاحية الوصول إلى حساب Google الخاص بك وعن المساحة التخزينية المتاحة فيه. The backup feature is optional and uses your own Google Drive account in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for its available storage space.
5. الدعم الفني والتحديثاتSupport and Updates
نوفر دعمًا فنيًا عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني الموضحين في صفحة التواصل. قد نصدر تحديثات لتحسين التطبيق أو إصلاح الأخطاء، وقد يتطلب بعضها إعادة تفعيل أو خطوات إضافية نوضحها عند الحاجة. We provide technical support via the phone and email listed on the Contact page. We may release updates to improve the application or fix issues; some updates may require re-activation or additional steps, which we will explain when needed.
6. حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of Liability
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو". لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية — بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات — تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه، وذلك إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون. لا يتجاوز الحد الأقصى لمسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال قيمة ما دفعته مقابل الترخيص. The application is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including loss of profits or data — arising from use of, or inability to use, the application. In all cases our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
7. إنهاء الترخيصTermination
يحق لنا إنهاء الترخيص في حال الإخلال الجوهري بهذه الشروط، بما في ذلك محاولة التلاعب بنظام الحماية أو استخدام نسخة غير مرخصة. We may terminate the license upon material breach of these terms, including any attempt to tamper with the protection system or use of an unlicensed copy.
8. الملكية الفكريةIntellectual Property
التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاره وكل ما يتضمنه من أعمال محمية هي ملكية خاصة بنا، ولا يمنحك الترخيص أي حق فيها سوى حق الاستخدام الموضح أعلاه. The application, its design, its logo, and all protected works it contains are our property. The license grants you no rights in them other than the right of use described above.
9. التعديلات على الشروطChanges to These Terms
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتُنشر النسخة المحدَّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق قبولًا بها. We may amend these terms from time to time; the updated version will be published on this page with its last-updated date, and your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance.
10. القانون الواجب التطبيقGoverning Law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
